How it works: each event's hash = SHA-256(previous hash ∥ canonical JSON of [tenant, actor, action, payload, timestamp]). The first event chains from the constant "proofkosh-genesis". Recomputing the whole chain and comparing to the recorded hashes proves the history is exactly as written. Evidence packs are exported from app.proofkosh.com → Audit Binder.
